Very often the best ways to get traffic to your website are free forms. You can get some serious traffic figures for free or very little. The real power in generating their own traffic is the fact that you have complete control of it very often that you can choose more accurately who target therefore generating higher conversion rates. People often ignore these methods and there are real gems. Then I will outline 5 best ways to get traffic to your website for FREE: –
1. People are spending more time watching videos online than doing anything else Online. Video marketing is huge, not all about YouTube but YouTube itself is obviously enormous, but there are also plenty of room that can upload video to Google, MySpace, Yahoo, MSN and AOL. It's not that hard to do and you can download some screen capture software for free. Although if you want get serious about marketing video below, some investments in software will improve the appearance of your videos.
2. Searh Engine Optimization (SEO) "I know it's obvious, but is probably the best way to get more traffic to your website. The three most important things to consider are: –
2.1. Choosing keywords – Most people choose keywords that are too much competition and not delivered the ability to reach the top of the rankings.
2.2. Content – You need to have a lot of relevant content that is updated frequently to ensure that search engines see your site as a current.
2.3. Links – not the quantity but quality. You need a way relevant links and other sites with high rankings for keywords similar. The best way to do SEO is to try to see it from the perspective of search engines. When someone does a search they want the best results to be displayed (If a load of irrelevant sites with no real content of the spam sites that is listed below, which is not a very good search engine)
3. Articles and press releases as you are reading here are great for generating free traffic for several reasons: –
3.1. You get a high quality links from article directories to send a copy directly to your site. So are ideal for SEO. Pictures if you write two articles a week and get its publication on 10 sites that are adding around 80 high quality links to your site one way per month or just under a 1,000 in one year.
3.2. If you some keyword research then your articles is very likely to get good rankings in search engines and find that way.
3.3. People who browse article directories to find your article and read it.

Just go and find a group or forum and start participating in discussions and answer questions. You will have a signature file attached to each post that you make and this is where you have its link to your site. New construction of one-way links and if you write a good signature file that is interesting people will click on the links. With this type of marketing is better just to give answers if you know the answer and not just to get your link up there. It is easy to loose credibility and be seen as a spammer if you are not careful.
